Love the folks at Barks and Meows - they are super caring and friendly to the pets there. When it was Haiku's first couple of times, the staff would go out of their way to spend time with him and make him feel comfortable, helping him get accustomed to staying away from home temporarily.
They are very sweet and patient with the pets and send you pictures everyday giving you a lot of peace that your pet's doing well. Always such a good energy at the boarding with happy pets all around :) Highly recommend for short to long stay for your pets.

Lady is not a very social dog, but she always seems to do well when she boards at Barks and Meows where they understand her personality. They let her play with the other dogs she is comfortable with and let her be the rest of the time. The daily videos and photos are reassuring. The staff take good care of Lady whether it's food, bathing, medicine, transport, or the attention she craves. I visited other pet boarding facilities before selecting Barks and Meows and have been continually satisfied with my choice. Highly recommend!
